How Can I Help?

The best way to keep our Troops nice and healthy is to contribute time directly to the Scouts! Come to our meetings, join our committee, inspire, and become a great example for these kids, and help them become better leaders for one another. We are open to vetted volunteers for:

• Troop 407 B
• Troop 407 G
• Both Troops

Volunteers must be registered with Scouting America, pass a background check, be registered and trained with the troop, and pass any required training in accordance with Scouting America's rules. Required training does include the Safeguarding Youth Training.

You can donate many things to Troop 407, from physical items to your expertise. Here are some ideas for things we won't usually say no to:

• Scout uniforms
• Tents
• Opportunities for the youth
• Your time and efforts
• Backpacking supplies
• High adventure gear
• Scholarship opportunities

Donate funds to Troop 407B. Funds donated will benefit the troop, provide equipment, and provide opportunities for the Scouts. Funds will be managed and distributed by the Scout Committee.
